How We Did It

Objective #1
Creative
Incrediwear makes one of the best products in the market, but the problem is how do you convey that to the end consumer without being too technical and speaking to the right audience. Incrediwear also has many target markets that have different needs and pains (literally and figuratively). We came up with many creative variations, strategies, and content based on target audiences, channels, sections of the funnel, and performance. From founders stories, to product comparisons, customer testimonials, animated photos, UGC, etc. Telling a compelling story of why their product is the best on the market and stories of many of their happy customers enabled us to scale advertising campaigns.
Objective #2
Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimization
When we first started working with Incrediwear, their online conversion rate was 2%. We conducted quarterly CRO audits to uncover areas of opportunity. We then started continuously improving their website UX, UI, and overall experience. We improved the conversion rate to 5% in less than a year.
Key themes:
- Ensuring that visitors to the website were properly educated about the product and its use cases.
- Improving product page content and layout due to low add to cart rate at the time of the initial audit.
